Yerba Mate

Yerba Mate is a liquid herbal tincture drawn from the leaf of a South American plant, Ilex paraguariensis. The leaf is naturally caffeinated, so this extract contains caffeine — worth knowing if you keep an eye on your intake.

It comes as a 2 oz bottle with a pump top, and goes into a little water, juice or tea for taste. A liquid extract absorbs without being broken down by digestion first. Gluten-free and vegan.

Organic Yerba Mate leaf (Ilex paraguariensis), Rocky Mountain artesian spring water, vegetable glycerine & organic gluten-free alcohol.

Suggested use

Take 4 pumps in a little water for taste, two to four times a day as needed, or as professionally advised. For consistent use beyond three months, consult a practitioner.
