LOAM is a curated marketplace for all things good for you and the earth. We bring together thoughtfully designed, sustainable, and regenerative products across (almost) all categories.
How is LOAM different from other marketplaces?

LOAM is a one-stop shop for all things good for you and the earth. We have incredibly high standards for every product we carry and avoid greenwashing. We prioritize and curate truly sustainable, natural, organic, and regenerative items.

What types of products does LOAM carry?

LOAM spans across every part of daily living from home and kitchen essentials to wardrobe, beauty, wellness, and kids. Our collection is always growing so that you can find everything you need to live well and sustainably, all in one place
Where do your products come from?

The majority of our collection comes from independent brands and makers across the U.S., each chosen for their dedication to sustainability and quality. A select number of items are crafted internationally, but every product is mindfully curated to reflect LOAM’s commitment to living in harmony and reciprocity with the earth.
Do LOAM products include plastics or non-sustainable materials?

At LOAM we prioritize organic, natural, and sustainable materials in everything we carry. We keep plastics out of clothing, home goods, and the majority of our collections. In some cases, like makeup, supplements, or certain shipping materials, plastic may still be used. We strive to keep plastic in our products as minimal as possible

Shipping & Returns

How does shipping work?

Products ship directly from our selected brands and suppliers to you. This reduces excess packaging and unnecessary transport, helping lower environmental impact. We offer free US shipping on orders totaling $75 or more (some exlusions apply see our returns page)
How long will my order take to arrive?

Because items come directly from our suppliers, shipping times may vary. Most orders arrive within 5–10 business days, and tracking details are provided once your order ships.
Do you ship internationally?

We're working on it! Some of the brands we partner with do ship internationally while some do not. Shipping and return rates vary. Please see our shipping policy page for more details.
What is your return policy?

Returns are accepted on most products within 14 days of delivery if items are unused and in their original condition. Some products cannot be returned. Because products ship directly from suppliers, return instructions and eligibility may vary. If this is the case details are provided on each product page. Please see our Return & Refund Policy page for complete information
Do you accept exchanges?

Exchanges are not available. Eligible returns can be converted to store credit if desired.

How can I sell with LOAM?

We’re always excited to discover new independent brands. Currently suppliers need a Shopify store to connect with LOAM. We’ll be expanding options in the future, so even if you’re on another platform, you can still apply through our sell with us page.
Do brands need to meet certain criteria?

Every brand we feature must align with our sustainability, quality, and ethical sourcing standards. We look for organic, natural, regenerative, and low-impact materials and practices.
