The majority of our collection comes from independent brands and makers across the U.S., each chosen for their dedication to sustainability and quality. A select number of items are crafted internationally, but every product is mindfully curated to reflect LOAM’s commitment to living in harmony and reciprocity with the earth.

We prioritize natural, organic, and regenerative materials and work to minimize conventional plastics throughout our collections. In limited cases, we allow thoughtfully selected bio-based materials or small amounts of synthetic stretch fiber where needed for function or performance, and we aim to clearly disclose these materials.

Packaging varies by brand, and some products may arrive in or include plastic packaging.

Products ship directly from our selected brands and makers, so a multi-brand order may arrive in more than one package. We apply the lowest available shipping rates and honor any free-shipping offers from individual brands. U.S. orders of $150 or more ship free. Some exclusions may apply.

Because items come directly from our suppliers, shipping times may vary. Most orders arrive within 7-14 business days, and tracking details are provided once your order ships.

For now, we ship within the U.S. only.

Returns are accepted on most products within 30 days of delivery, provided items are unused and in their original condition. Some products are final sale or otherwise not eligible for return; when this applies, it will be noted on the product page. To start a return, log in to your LOAM account and submit a return request. Once your return is approved, the brand will email you a prepaid return label within 2 business days. Because many LOAM products ship directly from our brands and makers, returns are to be sent directly back to the supplier. Please do not send returns to LOAM or the original shipping address unless instructed to do so. A $6.95 return shipping fee is deducted from your refund.
