Order Fulfillment
Each item is shipped directly from the supplier listed on the product page. If you order multiple items from different suppliers, they may arrive in separate packages, each with its own tracking information.

Shipping Costs and Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on U.S. orders of $75 or more, unless otherwise noted on the product page (for example, large or heavy items).

For orders under $75, standard shipping costs will apply. If your order includes items from multiple suppliers, shipping charges for each supplier’s package will be calculated separately at checkout.

International shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international orders, any customs fees, duties, or taxes are the responsibility of the customer. LOAM is not responsible for additional charges imposed by customs or other governmental authorities.

Order Tracking
We use Wonderment to provide real-time order tracking for all shipments. Once your order ships, you can view tracking information through our [Track Your Order] page or by logging into your LOAM account. This allows you to monitor each package individually, even if items are shipped from multiple suppliers.

Processing times vary depending on the supplier and product availability. Estimated shipping times are provided on each product page when possible. Please note that delivery estimates are approximate and may be affected by holidays, carrier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.
