At LOAM, we want your shopping experience to be smooth, reliable, and transparent. Because our products ship directly from our carefully selected suppliers, shipping times, methods, and carriers may vary depending on the product and its source.

Order Fulfillment

Each item is shipped directly from the supplier listed on the product page. If you order multiple items from different suppliers, they may arrive in separate packages, each with its own tracking information.

Shipping Costs and Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on U.S. orders of $150 or more, unless otherwise noted on the product page (for example, large or heavy items).

For orders under $150, standard shipping costs will apply. If your order includes items from multiple suppliers, shipping charges for each supplier’s package will be calculated separately at checkout.

We currently ship within the United States only.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information for each package. You can also view tracking by logging into your LOAM account. This allows you to monitor each package individually, even if items are shipped from multiple suppliers.

Processing Times

Most orders arrive within 7–14 business days. Processing times vary depending on the supplier and product availability. Estimated shipping times are provided on each product page when possible. Please note that delivery estimates are approximate and may be affected by holidays, carrier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.
