We prioritize organic and regenerative fibers, natural materials, plant dyes, high-quality organic ingredients, and plastic-free alternatives. Every ingredient list and materials list is on the product page, so you can see exactly what you are bringing home.

Shipped Directly From the Makers

Our products ship directly from the brands and makers who create them. If your order includes pieces from more than one brand, they may arrive in separate packages, each with its own tracking.

We ship within the U.S., and orders of $150 or more ship free. Most orders arrive within 7 to 14 business days.

Tracking and Returns

Tracking details are emailed as each package ships, and you can follow every package by signing in to your LOAM account.

Eligible items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Start a return from your LOAM account, and a prepaid return label will be emailed to you within 2 business days. A $6.95 return shipping fee is deducted from your refund, and if an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, return shipping is on us. Some items, such as intimates and certain beauty products, are final sale, and this is always noted on the product page.
