Spring Salt & Pepper - Ceramic Grinder

A refillable table grinder holding spring salt crystals blended with a gourmet pepper mix, for general cooking and for the table. The body is glass and the grinding head is ceramic rather than plastic, so nothing sheds into the food as it turns.

Ingredients

Spring salt 85%, pepper blend 15% (black, white and pink peppercorns). Salt is hand-harvested by traditional methods, neither processed nor bleached, with a mineral content including potassium 294ppm, magnesium 382ppm and calcium 1,034ppm.
