Specialty Reserve - Bourbon Infused Honey

Wildflower and alfalfa honeys infused with Woodford Reserve bourbon over several hours at very low heat — slowly enough to evaporate the alcohol while keeping the bourbon flavour and the integrity of the honey. Drizzle it over vanilla bean gelato and berries, biscuits, fried chicken, grilled salmon or smoked meats, or warm it 1:1 with water for a cocktail syrup.

Storage

Raw honey crystallizes naturally and is perfectly good to eat that way. For a liquid consistency, loosen the lid and stand the jar in a bowl of hot (not boiling) water, stirring until it loosens.
