Snack Plate in 6"

A 6 in plate for the small things: a piece of fruit, a mid-morning pastry, a couple of biscuits, somewhere to rest a spoon. Small servings tend to look stranded on a dinner plate, and this is the one that gives them a bit of ceremony instead. Smooth curves, a grounded weight in the hand.

There are seven glazes, and they are meant to be mixed. Snow White is crisp, glossy and luminous. Charcoal Black is deep with a satin finish, for real contrast. Periwinkle Violet is a glossy, vibrant blue-violet. Berry Red is a rich raspberry with warmth and depth. Sunrise Peach is a creamy apricot, soft and cheerful. Ocean Teal is a matte turquoise with speckled character. Sandstone Clear is clear-glazed speckled clay, half-dipped to reveal the raw ceramic underneath.

6.25 in across, 1.1 in high. Weighs about 0.9 lb.

Care

Food, dishwasher and microwave safe, though washing by hand will keep the glaze looking its best. Ceramic gets very hot in a microwave, so take care lifting it out.
