Pure Beeswax Tea Light Candles

Beeswax tea lights that burn for around five hours — one to light a photograph, a dozen to fill a room. In raw beeswax, which keeps the honey scent and golden colour, or ivory, which is filtered paler and unscented. Sold in clear cups, aluminium cups, or as refills with no cup at all, which drop into the clear cups and let you reuse them.

Materials

100% pure, lightly filtered beeswax with a cotton wick — no lead and no metal core. Clear cups are reusable, recyclable polycarbonate; aluminium cups are recyclable.

Size

Clear cup tea light 1.5" diameter × 0.75" high. Burn time around five hours.

Care

Burn in the cup they come in, or a holder just big enough to fit and no larger. Let each burn run at least an hour and a half so all the wax melts, and at the end let the last one burn itself out — both lengthen the total burn time. Always burn on a level surface.
