Postpartum Essentials Kit with Gift Box

Four liquid herbal extracts for the weeks after birth, packed in a gift box: AfterEase, Postpartum Emotional Baby Blues, Milk Rich and Happy Ducts, each in a 2 oz pump-top bottle. Eight pumps measures a full 3 mL serving, which matters when you are holding a baby in the other arm.

The four cover different ground. AfterEase is cramp bark, black haw, yarrow and motherwort. Postpartum Emotional Baby Blues is St. John's Wort, passionflower, motherwort, dandelion, damiana and black cohosh. Milk Rich is the nursing blend — raspberry leaf, goat's rue, fenugreek, fennel, nettle and blessed thistle. Happy Ducts is a short-use formula built on usnea, bee propolis, elderflower and calendula. Every herb is extracted on its own, in the solvent and ratio that suits that plant, from whole plants rather than isolated actives, and each serving goes into a little water so it absorbs without having to be broken down by digestion first. Gluten-free.

Happy Ducts: Usnea lichen, Bee Propolis, Yarrow aerials, Baptisia root, organic Echinacea purpurea root, Red Root, Elderflower, Boneset aerials, organic Hops strobiles, organic Calendula flower, vegetable glycerine, Rocky Mountain artesian spring water & organic gluten-free alcohol.

Suggested use

One serving is 3 mL, which is eight pumps on these bottles. Take it in a little water for taste.

AfterEase: 3 mL, repeated as needed or as your practitioner recommends.

Postpartum Emotional Baby Blues: 3 mL, repeated as needed or as your practitioner recommends. Best taken between feeds.

Milk Rich: 3 mL two to four times a day, or as your practitioner recommends. Not for long-term use.

Happy Ducts: 2 mL every one to three hours for a day or two, then taper to three or four times a day. This one is meant for short-term use, not as a daily tonic.
