Pollen Honey Tonic

An oxymel — the old preparation of raw honey and vinegar — made with Pacific Northwest honey, organic apple cider vinegar, fermented local bee pollen and stinging nettle. Thick and syrupy, with the sweetness of the honey running against the tang of the vinegar and the deeper, savoury note the fermented pollen brings.

Ingredients

Raw Pacific Northwest honey, raw apple cider vinegar*, stinging nettle leaf* (Urtica dioica), fermented Pacific Northwest bee pollen. *Certified organic, GMP compliant, gluten and allergen free.

Size

4 oz glass bottle (24 servings) or 8 oz glass bottle (48 servings). One serving is 1 tsp.
