Updated formula: WishGarden recently modified Morning Sickness Nausea Relief, reducing the alcohol content below 10% and adding apple cider vinegar. As more and more people take multiple tinctures during pregnancy, the alcohol content was reduced out of an abundance of caution to keep the cumulative levels at the safest recommended level. The taste profile has changed, so you may detect a floral/tart taste.

Ingredients

Organic Marshmallow root (Althaea officinalis), organic Dandelion root (Taraxacum officinale), organic Burdock root (Arctium lappa), organic Cardamom seed (Elettaria cardamomum), Cinnamon bark (Cinnamomum burmannii, c. Cassia), organic Ginger root (Zingiber officinale), Rocky Mountain artesian spring water, vegetable glycerine, organic apple cider vinegar & organic gluten-free alcohol.

All of WishGarden's pregnancy, postpartum and children's formulas contain organic gluten-free alcohol, which is used to extract the herbal constituents and preserve the tincture; the finished product carries about as much alcohol per serving as a ripe banana.

Suggested use

Take 3mL in water for taste. Repeat as needed or as practitioner recommended. Limit to 6 servings per day.

Initially take the suggested amount in a small amount of water, juice or tea to taste. With familiarity, can be taken directly for convenience.

• Cardamom seed: Elettaria cardamomum has been traditionally used to support healthy digestion and soothe the digestive tract.
