Set of 2 - Large Round Raffia Basket

A pair of large round raffia baskets, for blankets, toys, firewood or laundry — the kind of storage that can sit out in a room.

Hand-woven from raffia — a fibre taken from palm fronds — in two villages in the mountains of Madagascar, where the work supports more than 300 families.

Materials

Natural raffia, hand-woven.

Care

Keep out of direct sunlight and away from water. The colours soften over time, and the dye can rub off if the basket gets wet.

Please note

Woven by hand from a natural fibre, so size, shape and colour vary from basket to basket.
