Ingredients

Organic Echinacea purpurea root (Echinacea purpurea), Yerba Santa leaf (Eriodictyon spp. (californicum, angustifolium, crassifolium, trichocalyx)), Hawthorn berry (Crataegus spp.), Elderflower (Sambucus nigra), organic Calendula flower (Calendula officinalis), organic Osha root (Ligisticum Porteri), vegetable glycerine, Rocky Mountain artesian spring water & organic gluten-free alcohol.

WishGarden’s pregnancy, postpartum and children’s formulas contain organic gluten-free alcohol, used to extract the herbal constituents and preserve the tincture; the finished product has about as much alcohol as a ripe banana per serving.

Suggested use

Kids 1-3: take 3 pumps or 40 drops in water or juice for taste; repeat 3-4 times daily or as practitioner recommended. Kids 4+: take 5 pumps or 80 drops in water or juice for taste; repeat 3-4 times daily or as practitioner recommended. (1 droppersful = 0.75mL.)

Initially take the suggested amount in a small amount of water, juice or tea to taste. With familiarity, it can be taken directly for convenience.

• Echinacea Purpurea root: Native to areas east of the Rocky Mountains in the US, Echinacea purpurea supports the body's natural immune response and immune system wellness. • Yerba Santa leaf: Eriodictyon spp. (californicum, angustifolium, crassifolium, and trichocalyx) means "sacred herb" and was traditionally revered in its native California for its powerful health benefits. Today it is used to support a healthy histamine response, promote optimal immune function, normalize mucus membranes, and calm runaway mucus production.
• Hawthorn berry: Crataegus spp. Is known as an excellent herb for the chest, heart, and cardiovascular system. The apple-like berries of this small tree nourish and support the heart and lungs as sister body systems, encouraging healthy circulation, healthy blood pressure, and optimal lung function.
• Elderflower: Sambucus nigra is native to Europe and now naturalized in parts of the United States. This light and delicate herb with honey-scented flowers makes it suitable for kids and adults alike.
