Honey Flight - Tea Lover's Selection

A three-jar flight built for tea drinkers — though the infusions are just as good over Greek yogurt or gelato, or set out on a cheese board. The honey is cold-extracted from BannerBee's most recent harvest and infused in small batches.

Ingredients

Raw wildflower honey. One 3 oz jar of each: organic fair trade Ugandan vanilla bean; organic fair trade chai spices; locally sourced lemon thyme.

Size

Three 3 oz jars in a reusable, recyclable kraft tube.

Storage

Raw honey crystallizes naturally and is perfectly good to eat that way. For a liquid consistency, loosen the lid and stand the jar in a bowl of hot (not boiling) water, stirring until it loosens.
