Honey Flight - Savory Selection

A three-jar flight on the savoury side — cayenne, cinnamon and ginger. The honey is cold-extracted from BannerBee's most recent harvest and enriched in small batches. Good in tea, and better still drizzled over scones, pizza or Greek yogurt.

Ingredients

Raw wildflower honey. One 3 oz jar of each: locally sourced organic cayenne pepper; fair trade Ceylon ground cinnamon; fair trade ground ginger.

Size

Three 3 oz jars in a reusable, recyclable kraft tube.

Storage

Raw honey crystallizes naturally and is perfectly good to eat that way. For a liquid consistency, loosen the lid and stand the jar in a bowl of hot (not boiling) water, stirring until it loosens.
