Honey Flight - Herbal Selection

A three-jar tasting flight of herbal honey infusions — for a client, a host, a neighbour, or a tasting of your own. The honey is cold-extracted from BannerBee's most recent harvest and infused in small batches. Subtle enough for tea, and just as good drizzled over Greek yogurt or set out on a cheese or charcuterie board.

Ingredients

Raw wildflower honey. One 3 oz jar of each: locally sourced organic culinary lavender; locally sourced organic rosemary; locally sourced lemon thyme.

Size

Three 3 oz jars in a reusable, recyclable kraft tube.

Storage

Raw honey crystallizes naturally and is perfectly good to eat that way. For a liquid consistency, loosen the lid and stand the jar in a bowl of hot (not boiling) water, stirring until it loosens.
