Handmade Stoneware Pitcher Concrete

A pitcher hand-thrown from the concrete-toned stoneware, left matte on the outside so the texture of the clay shows and glazed glossy white inside. It holds just over a litre, which is right for water or lemonade at the table, and it works as a vase for cut flowers when it is not in use. Sold individually.

CREATING COMFORT makes these in its studio in Ukraine and directs part of its proceeds to Ukrainian refugees inside the country.

Materials

Stoneware, matte outside and finished inside with a glossy white, food-safe, lead-free glaze.

Height 5.5", diameter 5.5", holds 34 fl oz.

Dishwasher and microwave safe.

Made to order — allow one to four weeks, unless the piece is already in the US warehouse, in which case it ships right away. Thrown by hand, so each pitcher carries the marks of the hand that made it and varies slightly in size and colour.
