Sterling silver: 100% post-consumer recycled 925 sterling silver. 14k yellow gold: 100% post-consumer recycled 14k gold. Gold vermeil: recycled gold vermeil, a layer of gold over a sterling silver base.

Studs are not included. Gold vermeil is a plated finish, so the gold layer will wear with time in a way solid sterling silver and solid 14k gold do not.
