Entree Bowl in 8"

The big one. An 8.5 in bowl built for hearty pasta, a stew, a main-course salad, or a side dish going round the table family-style. It is wider and deeper than the 7 in side bowl, which is the difference between a serving and a proper helping.

There are seven glazes, and they are meant to be mixed. Snow White is a clean, glossy white, bright and versatile. Charcoal Black is deep and rich with a smooth satin finish. Periwinkle Violet is a cool, vibrant blue-violet under a glossy glaze. Berry Red is a muted raspberry, warm and full of character. Sunrise Peach is a creamy, pale apricot that gives off real warmth. Ocean Teal is a matte turquoise with a speckled gradient and a natural dip-glaze effect. Sandstone Clear is clear glaze over speckled, sand-toned clay with the lower half left unglazed.

8.5 in across, 2 in high. Weighs about 1.9 lb.

Care

Food, dishwasher and microwave safe, though washing by hand will keep the glaze looking its best. Ceramic gets very hot in a microwave, so take care lifting it out.
