Emerald, Green & Cream Handwoven Wool Pillow - Brushed

Emerald, green and cream run together in a brushed weave, giving this pillow its colour and a deep, soft pile. Each one is woven on an old loom, in a technique that leaves the marks of the person working it. It arrives as a cover with its inner pillow already inside.

CREATING COMFORT makes these in its studio in Ukraine and directs part of its proceeds to Ukrainian refugees inside the country.

Materials

Cover: Carpathian sheep wool woven on a cotton base. Inner pillow fill: 50% cotton, 50% polyester.

Care

Clean with wool detergents only, or have it professionally cleaned. Scrape dry marks towards the middle; wool sheds liquid slowly, so a spill can usually be wiped or shaken off.

Made to order — allow one to four weeks, unless the piece is already in the US warehouse, in which case it ships right away. Handwoven, so colour and texture vary slightly from piece to piece. Custom sizes and colours can be ordered.
