Cycle Vitality 1 Follicular Phase - Estrogen Support

Cycle Vitality 1 Follicular Phase, sold for years as Estrogenic Support, is a liquid herbal extract made for the first half of your cycle — day one of menstruation through to ovulation. Seven plants go into it: organic Vitex berry, Black Cohosh root, organic Holy Basil, organic Alfalfa leaf, organic Motherwort, organic Burdock root and Oregon Grape root, in Rocky Mountain artesian spring water with vegetable glycerine and organic gluten-free alcohol.

Each herb is extracted on its own, in the solvent and ratio that suits it, and whole plants are used rather than isolated actives. A serving is 3 mL — 8 pumps on the 2 oz pump top, or the first line from the bottom of the 4 oz jigger cup. Stir it into a little water, juice or tea for taste and it absorbs without being broken down by digestion first; once the flavour is familiar you can take it straight. Take it continuously for three to six months. Gluten-free and vegan.

Suggested use

Take 3 mL in a little water for taste, two to four times daily, for two to six months, or as your practitioner recommends. Take it continuously for three to six months. On the pump top 3 mL is 8 pumps; on the jigger cup it is the first line from the bottom. Take the first few servings in a small amount of water, juice or tea; with familiarity it can be taken directly.
