Chai Streusel Granola with Honey

Warmly spiced and irresistibly aromatic, this granola is made with upcycled spices from Dona, a tea company in Brooklyn. After Dona brews its award-winning masala chai concentrate, the steeped spices are ground into a fragrant dust and baked into the granola with grass-fed ghee, bringing out bold, comforting notes of cinnamon, cardamom and ginger in every bite.
