Ceramic Cake Plate with Vintage Flower

A small ceramic cake plate with a vintage flower — the right size for one slice, a pastry, or a few biscuits set out with coffee.

Each piece is made and hand-painted by women artisans in Portugal, where the moulding, repeated kiln firings, glazing and packing are all done by hand. Because the painting is freehand, no two pieces carry quite the same line.

Materials

Hand-painted glazed ceramic.

Size

Diameter 5.9".

Care

Dishwasher, microwave and freezer safe.

Please note

Painted by hand, so the motif, the colour and the glaze vary a little from one piece to the next.
