7" Grey and White Marbled Ceramic Coupe Bowl

The signature marbled bowl in white and gray, deep enough for salads, pasta and curries and good-looking enough to carry to the table as it is. Two clay bodies are thrown together on the wheel and left to mix as they turn, so the marbling runs differently through every piece.

The gray and white combination takes its cue from mountain skylines.

Materials

High-fire stoneware. Exterior unglazed white and granite stoneware; interior glazed glossy creme.

Sizing

Approximately 7 in across, 2.5 in high.

Care

Food safe, microwave safe and dishwasher safe. Washing by hand is recommended and will keep the glaze looking its best.

Each piece is thrown and glazed by hand, so size, shape and marbling vary from the photographs. On high-fire stoneware the clay body itself shifts between lighter and darker tones from one firing to the next.
