At LOAM, we want you to love your purchase. Since our products ship directly from our suppliers, returns are managed through our website using the Loop Returns system.

Return Eligibility
You can return eligible full-priced items within thirty (30) days of delivery. Sale or discounted items may be returned within fourteen (14) days of delivery. Items should be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with all tags intact. Products that arrive damaged or become damaged during return transit may not qualify for a refund. Items that are opened or gently used may still be eligible for store credit at LOAM’s discretion.

Some products cannot be returned, including underwear, jewelry, personalized or custom-made items, and products marked as final sale or non-returnable. Any exceptions will be clearly noted on the product page.

How to Return
To start a return, visit our [Make a Return] page or log in to your LOAM account. You’ll receive a pre-paid return label through our Loop Returns portal. If your order includes products from multiple suppliers, you may need to ship back multiple packages. Please note that refunds are only issued once the supplier has received and processed your returned items.

Refunds
After your return is received and processed by the supplier, your refund will be credited to your original payment method for the product’s purchase price. Depending on your bank or credit card issuer, refunds may take up to ten (10) business days to appear in your account. Any duties, taxes, or customs fees for orders shipped to Canada or other international locations are not refundable. Customers are responsible for any international return shipping costs.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges, as stock levels may change during the return process. If you’d like a replacement item, please return the original purchase for a refund and place a new order on shoploam.com.

Taxes
Sales tax is calculated based on the shipping address and applied where required by law. Your Order Summary will itemize any taxes charged.
