These Terms and your use of the Site shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Force Majeure

LOAM shall not be held liable or responsible for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, labor disputes, supply chain disruptions, governmental actions, or interruptions in internet or telecommunications services.

Termination

LOAM reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without cause or notice, including if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, all provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive will remain in effect, including but not limited to ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
