Size: Small
Color: Mahonia aquifolium

Details

2025 design: Mahonia aquifolium (Oregon grape), harvested next to a rattlesnake lair at Casad Family Farm. Oregon grape is the state flower of Oregon and the whole plant is edible. In folklore it stands for resilience, protection, inner power and the healing of mistrust — the thorny leaves for setting boundaries, the plant's vigour for self-love and inner strength.

2023 design: Artemisia tridentata (big sagebrush), dyed with sage harvested around Raptor Rock in central Oregon.

Materials

Onno natural unbleached hemp and cotton blank, naturally dyed with locally harvested plants and screen printed in Bend, Oregon. The maker does not publish the hemp-to-cotton ratio.

Care

Because of the wild nature of the dyeing and printing process, colour will vary from piece to piece. That is the process, not a defect.
