Details
Both infused algae oils together, made with Daniel Humm of Eleven Madison Park. The Gochugaru Chili Oil is aromatic heat with cinnamon and star anise behind it; the Shiitake Mushroom Oil is savoury and deep. Between them they cover most of what a finishing oil is asked to do.
Ingredients
Gochugaru Chili Oil: algae oil, gochugaru chili, Sichuan peppercorn, red chili flake, caraway, bay leaf, star anise, clove, cardamom, cinnamon, vitamin E. Shiitake Mushroom Oil: algae oil, dried shiitake, red miso, black garlic, urfa chili, wakame, kombu, vitamin E.
