Hand-Dipped Beeswax Taper Candles - Bulk 4-Pair Bundle

Four pairs of Bluecorn's hand-dipped tapers, for a long table or a winter's worth of dinners. Each pair is dipped into molten beeswax and cooled over twenty times before it is cut free from the oak rack. Finished and hung, they carry the scent of honey and seem to hold the light inside them.

Out of a draught they burn virtually dripless, at roughly an hour per inch of length. Fourteen colours.

Materials

100% pure beeswax with a cotton wick. No chemical preservatives, which is why the lighter colours may shift a little under sustained sunlight.

Size

Four pairs. 8", 10", 12" or 16" long, 7/8" in diameter.

Care

Keep away from open windows, fans and any other moving air, and put your hand behind the flame when you blow it out — both are what keeps a taper from dripping. Unlike every other candle shape, do not trim a taper's wick: the long curl left from the last burn should be lit as it is. A snuffer puts them out with the least smoke.
