Elderberry Honey Tonic

An oxymel — the old preparation of raw honey and vinegar — built on Pacific Northwest honey, organic apple cider vinegar, black elderberry, echinacea tops and propolis. It is raw, so the honey keeps its character, and the ingredients are sourced from regional producers and local farms and tested for purity. Sold in three sizes, the largest enough for a household through a season.

Ingredients

Raw Pacific Northwest honey, raw apple cider vinegar*, black elderberry fruit* (Sambucus nigra), echinacea tops* (Echinacea purpurea), bee propolis, less than 1% gluten-free alcohol distilled from cane sugar*. *Certified organic, GMP compliant, gluten and allergen free.

Size

2 oz glass bottle with spray top (12 servings), 4 oz glass bottle (24 servings), or 8 oz glass bottle (48 servings). One serving is 1 tsp.
