Jo Dress- Engineer Stripe - Organic Cotton

The Jo Dress in engineer stripe is a sleeveless A-line in sturdy, ultra-soft organic cotton twill, cut relaxed and just a little boxy so a child can run, climb and twirl without anything pulling. Deep front pockets come as standard, which on a children's dress is the detail that decides whether it actually gets worn: somewhere for the stone, the snack, the cold hands on the walk home.

Larger arm openings keep it fitting through a growth spurt or two, so it tends to last beyond a single season. The twill is midweight, soft to the touch and tough enough for the playground, and it is made without PFAS.

The narrow engineer stripe is neat enough for a school day and plain enough for a Saturday, which is most of the week covered by one dress. Sizing

Sizes run true to size with extra length built in, so size up if your child falls between two. To choose, measure around the chest just under the armpit, around the waist at its narrowest, and around the fullest part of the hips. Organic cotton may shrink about 3 to 5 percent in the first wash.

Care

Pre-treat stains with an eco-friendly treatment such as oxygen bleach or castile soap. Wash in cool water. Air dry, or tumble on low. Do not wash what is not dirty.
