Jo Dress - Dark Olive - Organic Cotton

The Jo Dress is the one your child reaches for on a school morning without thinking about it. It is a sleeveless A-line in sturdy, ultra-soft organic cotton twill, cut relaxed and just a little boxy so there is room to run, climb and twirl, with deep front pockets that are big enough to matter: a handful of acorns, a snack, two cold hands on the walk home.

Larger arm openings keep it wearable through a growth spurt or two, so one dress usually covers more than a single season. The twill is midweight, soft against the skin and tough enough for playground tumbles, and it is made without PFAS.

Dark olive works with whatever is already in the drawer: worn on its own in warm weather, layered over a long-sleeve tee when it turns cold. Sizing

Sizes run true to size with extra length built in, so size up if your child falls between two. To choose, measure around the chest just under the armpit, around the waist at its narrowest, and around the fullest part of the hips. Organic cotton may shrink about 3 to 5 percent in the first wash.

Care

Pre-treat stains with an eco-friendly treatment such as oxygen bleach or castile soap. Wash in cool water. Air dry, or tumble on low. Do not wash what is not dirty.
