Shilajit in its traditional form — a dense, tar-like resin you dissolve rather than swallow. It seeps from rock in high mountain ranges and is sourced here from Himalayan peaks. It naturally contains fulvic acid and trace minerals.

How to use

Dissolve a pea-sized amount, roughly 500–1000mg, into a drink of your choice, once or twice a day. Clean the measuring spoon before and after use.
