Spring Salt - Ceramic Grinder

A refillable table grinder filled with coarse spring salt crystals, for cooking and for the table. The body is glass and the grinding head is ceramic rather than plastic, so nothing sheds into the food as it turns. Refills are sold separately, and one pouch fills it about four times.

Third-party tested for microplastics and for heavy metals including aluminium, arsenic, cadmium, lead and mercury.

Spring salt. Mineral content includes potassium 294ppm, magnesium 382ppm and calcium 1,034ppm. Hand-harvested by traditional methods, neither processed nor bleached.
