Natural Spring Salt, Fleur de Sel

Fine, fragile fleur de sel crystals formed by slow evaporation under a gentle southerly wind, gathered from the surface of the salt pans first thing in the morning or at the end of the day. They dissolve gently onto food, so they finish a dish rather than season it from within.

Ingredients

Spring salt, hand-harvested. Particularly rich in magnesium and potassium.
