Natural Salt Crystals - Glass Mill

Cubes of salt crystallised in the sun on days of hard heat and a gusting northerly wind, which agitates the water and throws up small crystals with pronounced edges. The texture is firm and the flavour smooth, and they dissolve easily. Supplied in a refillable glass mill.

Spring salt, hand-harvested. Particularly rich in potassium, calcium and magnesium.
