Flake Spring Salt - Microplastic Free

A flake finishing salt with delicate, crisp flakes that dissolve lightly, for salads, steak and desserts alike. It crystallises at a saline spring in the foothills of Spain, where sun and wind do the work, and it is harvested by hand.

Third-party tested for microplastics and for heavy metals including aluminium, arsenic, cadmium, lead and mercury.

Ingredients

Spring salt. Mineral content includes potassium 294ppm, magnesium 382ppm and calcium 1,034ppm. Hand-harvested by traditional methods, neither processed nor bleached.
