Raw wildflower honey enriched with ground Ceylon cinnamon, handcrafted in small batches. By the spoonful, over strained Greek yogurt, spread on toast or biscuits, stirred into hot tea or hot chocolate, or poured over pancakes and waffles.

Storage

In warm months, store in the refrigerator to hold the consistency. Soft-set honey can separate above roughly 65°F — still perfectly edible, just give it a stir.
