Bold Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil

An early-harvest, cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil pressed in small batches from a single varietal, with a bold, robust flavour and a peppery finish. It is made for dipping and finishing rather than for cooking down — bread, dressings, marinades, the last pour over a finished dish.

The polyphenol count is 593 mg/kg, which is roughly ten times the average for extra virgin olive oil, and polyphenols are what give it the pepper at the back of the throat.
