Metallic Watercolors - Wheat Straw Palette

Nine hand-poured metallic watercolours. The pearlescent pigment throws back light at several levels at once, which is what gives these a soft shifting lustre rather than a flat shine.

The palette is compact enough to paint with away from a table.
