The Complete Set

All four core Ambrosia bags — Vegetable, Leafy Greens, Berry and Mushroom — each cut for a different kind of produce. Linen breathes and absorbs, so two of the bags hold gentle moisture against things that wilt, and two draw moisture away from things that go slimy. Between them they cover most of what comes home from a shop.

Use the Vegetable and Leafy Greens bags damp in the crisper drawer, re-wetting the linen as it dries. Store berries and mushrooms dry, unwashed, on a fridge shelf or in a low-humidity drawer. The linen is untreated — there is no antimicrobial finish on any of them.

Size

Vegetable 12" long × 6" wide × 7" high. Leafy Greens 11.5" long × 4.5" wide × 6.5" high. Berry 10.5" long × 5.5" wide × 3.5" high. Mushroom 8.5" long × 5" wide × 3" high.

Care

Turn inside out and shake out any debris. Hand wash, or machine wash on gentle in warm water with a natural, non-toxic detergent — baking soda works well. Do not tumble dry. The damp-storage bags can go straight back into use out of the spin cycle; let the berry and mushroom bags air dry completely first, ideally in the sun.
