Breakfast Tray

A slim, low-sided plate for the things that do not need a rim: a sandwich, a slice of cake, toast and jam, a pastry with a coffee. The shallow profile means it stacks almost flat and wipes clean in a second, and it looks considered on a tray or straight on the table.

Choose the oval, which is the longer of the two and better for anything sliced, or the round, which suits a single pastry or a stack of toast.

Materials

Glazed ceramic.

Sizing

Oval: 9.5 in long, 7.25 in wide, 0.5 in high. Round: 7.5 in across, 0.5 in high.

Care

Food, dishwasher and microwave safe, though washing by hand will keep the glaze looking its best. Ceramic gets very hot in a microwave, so take care lifting it out.
