Anaar Serving Bowl, Set of Two

A 7 inch stoneware bowl, 2.5 inches deep, in a glossy red glaze with the anaar — pomegranate — painted at the centre. Deep enough for soup, a side, a salad or fruit, and the motif reads once the bowl is empty. Painted freehand, so the fruit sits slightly differently on each one. Sold as a set of two.

Materials

Ceramic (hand-painted stoneware).

Sizing

7 in diameter by 2.5 in deep. Set of two.

Care

Lead-free. Oven, microwave and dishwasher safe.

Made in

India, by artisan partners working in small batches.

Please note

Hand-painted, so no two bowls are identical — small differences in the motif, the glaze and the tone are part of the work rather than faults in it.
