Everyday Speckled Ceramic Mug

A plain cylinder with a single finger-loop handle, for anyone who wants the mug to get out of the way and let the coffee do the talking. No angles, no flourishes, just the shape you already know, thrown by hand so it has a weight the factory version does not.

Two speckled finishes. Cornwall carries a matte Cornwall speckled glaze inside and out. Matte Gray carries a matte gray speckled glaze inside and out. Both speckle unevenly, which is the appeal.

High-fire stoneware, glazed inside and out in a matte speckled glaze.

Sizing

Approximately 4.75 in high, 3.25 in across.

Care

Food safe, microwave safe and dishwasher safe. Washing by hand is recommended and will keep the glaze looking its best.

Each piece is thrown and glazed by hand, so size, shape and speckling vary from the photographs. On high-fire stoneware the clay body itself shifts between lighter and darker tones from one firing to the next.
