Cool Sun T-shirt - Organic Cotton

A grinning sun in sunglasses, ringed by warm red sunburst rays. The Cool Sun tee is retro without working too hard at it, and it fits backyard afternoons, pool days and every sunny errand in between.

The base is Jackalo's Frankie raglan: lightweight organic cotton jersey that breathes in the heat, raglan sleeves cut for freedom through the arms and shoulders, and extra length built into the body so the hem stays put for longer. It is made to hold up wash after wash. The sunburst is printed in Washington, DC.

Deep navy or parakeet green, sizes 4 to 14. Pack it for summer and keep wearing it long after.

Materials

Organic cotton jersey, sewn at a factory that is both Fair Trade and GOTS certified.

Sizing

Sizes run true to size, with extra length built in. If your child is between sizes, size up. Organic cotton shrinks about 3 to 5% in the first wash. To check a size, measure around the chest just under the armpit, around the waist at its narrowest, and around the fullest part of the hips.

Care

Pre-treat stains with an eco-friendly treatment such as oxygen bleach or castile soap. Wash in cool water. Air dry, or tumble on low. Wash only what needs washing.
