Sleepy Nights & Fresh Mornings

Sleepy Nights & Fresh Mornings is a liquid herbal extract — a tincture — of three plants and nothing more: organic hops strobiles, organic passionflower aerials and organic skullcap aerials, in Rocky Mountain artesian spring water, vegetable glycerine and organic gluten-free alcohol. It contains no melatonin, no kava and no valerian.

All three are extracted individually, each in the solvent and ratio that suits that plant, and whole plants are used rather than isolated actives. A serving is 3 mL in a little water, juice or tea, or taken directly once the taste is familiar. Liquid absorbs without being broken down by digestion first, which is the practical case for a tincture over a capsule.

Four sizes: 1 oz and 4 oz droppers, where 4 droppersful make a serving, a 2 oz pump top, where 8 pumps do, and an 8 oz bottle. It is made in WishGarden's own certified facility in Colorado, by a company woman-owned and family-run since 1979 and founded by a midwife, Catherine Hunziker. WishGarden is a certified B Corp. Organic Hops strobiles (Humulus lupulus), organic Passionflower aerials (Passiflora incarnata), organic Skullcap aerials (Scutellaria lateriflora), Rocky Mountain artesian spring water, vegetable glycerine & organic gluten-free alcohol.

Suggested use

Take 3 mL in a little water, and repeat if needed. Use up to 8 times per day.

Take it in a small amount of water, juice or tea to start. Once you are used to the taste, it can be taken directly.
