Organic Cotton Yoga Blanket in Naturally Dyed

A hand-loomed organic cotton blanket, dyed with Ayurvedic plants, and deliberately thicker and heavier than the usual yoga or Mexican blanket — so it is warm enough for a long savasana or a meditation sit. It softens with every wash, which is partly down to the finishing: okoliving uses a coconut-oil-based softener rather than the silicone emulsions the trade normally uses. At 40" × 80" it works just as well thrown over a sofa or a bed. The dye bath holds twenty skin-soothing and relaxing herbs, turmeric, neem and holy basil among them.
