15-Free Nail Top & Base Coat

One bottle that does both jobs: a base coat under colour and a top coat over it. It dries quickly to a glossy finish and is formulated without fifteen substances — formaldehyde, formaldehyde resin, DBP (dibutyl phthalate), toluene, camphor, ethyl tosylamide, xylene, TPHP, parabens, bismuth, MIT, MEHQ, gluten, added fragrance and animal derivatives. Removes with any nail polish remover. 13.3 ml bottle.

How to use

Apply one coat to clean nails before colour, and another once the colour is dry. Allow each layer to dry before the next.
