Each harvest is unique, and once a varietal is gone, it’s gone forever. Our tasting notes are compiled from staff tastings and guided by our honey connoisseur grading system.

Beaver Creek Wildflower Light amber. Floral notes with hints of pollen create a versatile, all-purpose honey perfect for tea or baked treats.

Beaver Creek Blackberry Extra light amber. Smooth and rich, this honey carries the fruity essence of blackberry blossoms.

Buckwheat Dark amber. Bold and molasses-like with a malty finish, rich in minerals and antioxidants. Available in 20 oz. Jars only.

Cascadia Blackberry Extra light amber. A Pacific Northwest classic, smooth and fruity from blackberries grown across the Willamette Valley.

Cascadia Wildflower Light amber. Golden and velvety, with deep berry undertones and a whisper of floral brightness, capturing the essence of Oregon summer.

Kings Valley Wildflower Light amber. Aromas of fresh cereals with delicate sweetness, hints of ripe berries, herbal complexity, and a soft minty finish.
