Trim the wick to 1\/4\" (6 mm) before each lighting. Burn for at least 2 hours at a time but no more than 4, to prevent overheating, and rotate the candle now and then for an even burn. If a dark mushroom forms on the wick, put the candle out, let it cool and trim before relighting. Keep the wax pool free of debris and put the candle out with a snuffer. Always burn within sight, on a stable, heat-resistant surface, away from drafts and anything flammable. Keep away from children and pets, and do not move the candle while it is lit or still hot. Stop burning when 1\/4\" (6 mm) of wax remains. Store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight.
